About the event
Spend 90minutes giving back to yourself, the body, mind and spirit.
We invite you to bring mindfulness into your everyday life with a touch of Celtic roots. Listen to fitness ques as Gaelige, as you learn how to strength your body and focus your mind.
Mindfulness is the art of being present, of feeling the flow and ease of life, paying attention to the moment and reconnecting with the now. You regain a sense of peace and wellbeing.
Some known benefits of mindfulness are:

- increased self confidence and self acceptance
- Greater immune system
- more self compassion
- reduced experience of depression, anxiety
We start the session with light refreshments and welcoming the group, then begin our strength movements with an arriving breath lead by Aoife Nic an Tsaoir, coached by Ross O Grady who leads you into a flow rhythm with classical sounds to awaken senses and the body's circulatory system. Aoife Nic an Tsaoir will then guide you into a Celtic Meditation echoing Gaeilge and proven mindfulness techniques designed to ground you and bring a sense of calm.
At this session we will be introducing our newest edition to our community our son, Oisín and telling you of the story of the Celtic Tree of Life.
Leaving you feeling nourished, grounded and ready to immerse in the week ahead.
