Chronic illnesses of the reproductive system of women. All illnesses can cause painful periods, lower abdomen pain, pain during bowel movements and during or after intercourse. Although nutrition and exercise is not a cure for these illnesses it can greatly reduce pain, increase regulation of oestrogen hormone, bring awareness to the body and mental health, reduce depression and anxiety and empower the women to take back control of their body and how it can influenced by factors that are adaptable.
