Deep rooted in Irish nature and with vast knowledge provided on the mind to muscle connection, Celtic Conditioning gives you a chance to find your inner fire, inner warrior or warrioress and reignite your health journey. They started celtic conditioning based on the idea that people are interested in undertaking a journey from the outside world to their inner nature through health. Mind, body and spirit incorpated in every repetition.
