An invitation to reconnect with your Health.We begin with grounding your energy, followed by strength movements which are designed and coached to bring you towards empowerment. Finishing off the morning with an oasis of calm in mindfulness interwoven with our celtic traditions and words echoed. Leaving you rejuvenated  and motivated  for the week ahead.

This event will take place on World Austism Day and 50% of ticket sales will be donated to As I Am Ireland. Wear blue on the day to show your support.
